Excellent, very helpful, English speaking personnel. Very clean and tidy room that way daily cleaned and tidied-up.
The wifi did not work in the room, so that I had to come downstairs to the reception to use then internet.

The staff here are quite friendly, including the host too. the rooms offer good bang for your buck, although the beds may be on the smaller side. You'll have the convenience of a private safe, central heating, and an iron here. 🔒

The hotel is located in the center of the city and very convenient for exploring, though it's still under construction. But personnel is really nice. Even though check-out time is 12 noon, I left the hotel at 2 pm.

Absolutely fabulous and great place with amiable staff at the reception desk. Central location, super base for discovering Madrid. - Adjacent to the Museo del Jamon restaurant, transportation, and the airport.

It's in a 1 minute distance from the Sol Metro station. The stuff was friendly and the room was clean and had LCD TV and A/C.
The building is being renovated, so you have no view from the windows, apart from some scaffoldings, but that not a great issue actually.
