Noise from the lively bar downstairs was persistent, making it challenging to wind down after a long day. The air conditioning lacked proper functionality upon our arrival, leaving the room uncomfortably stuffy. Additionally, a plastic bag containing dirty clothes was removed without it making sense, which felt odd and inconvenient. Maneuverability around the somewhat cramped room was restricted, leading to minor frustrations during our stay.

The location was fantastic, with major landmarks just a short walk away. I appreciated the nearby restaurants and the vibrant atmosphere of the area. The room's amenities were decent, providing what I needed for a comfortable stay.

The location was excellent, right in the middle of Sol, very close to metro and major attractions. The room was clean and ready upon arrival, with a view of the street. The building is secure for solo travelers. The front desk is open 24 hours with English-speaking staff.

I thoroughly enjoyed my experience. The location was perfect for exploring the buzzing area of Huertas. The little French balcony in room 6 was a delightful touch! Remember, bring earplugs for a better night’s sleep, as it gets lively downstairs in the evenings.

I really enjoyed my stay, especially the cozy atmosphere in the lobby where I could sip coffee. After long days of exploring, I loved unwinding in the small reading nook they have. The room could've been a bit larger, but it was still quite comfortable overall. 😊

The location right by Puerta del Sol is unbeatable. Step outside, and you’re in the heart of it all. The room was clean, which I appreciated after long days of exploring Madrid. However, the air conditioning didn’t work when I arrived. I was told it was still too cold for A/C, but I found the room stuffy. Keeping the windows open brought a lot of noise from the bar below, making it hard to relax. The noise from partying was constant, which wasn’t great for a light sleeper like me. The size of the room felt cramped, especially trying to maneuver around. The staff seemed overwhelmed and not very accommodating when I asked for a fan or help with the noise. Despite these issues, the bed was comfortable, which allowed for some rest during our stay. I would just recommend being prepared for the louder environment if you choose to stay here.
